Abstract
Završni rad pod nazivom “Oporučno nasljedno pravo” razrađuje oporuku kao jedan od dva osnovna principa nasljeđivanja u našem pravnom sustavu. Kroz rad obraditi će se pojam oporuke i njenog značaja u nasljednopravnim odnosima. Nadalje, kroz rad prezentirati će se osnovne značajke oporuke; sadržaj, oblici, tko sastavlja oporuke, koji su važeći a koji nevažeći oblici oporuke, tumačenja i nevaljanosti oporuke. Također, primjerima iz sudske prakse pomoći će se boljem shvaćanju pojedinih odredba... More oporuke. Na kraju rada izvesti će se zaključak na navedenu temu. Less
Abstract (english)
The final paper, entitled “Testamentary Inheritance Law, elaborates on the will as one of the two basic principles of inheritance in our legal system. The paper will deal with the concept of a will and its significance in inheritance legal relations. Furthermore, the paper will present the basic features of the will; content, forms, who makes the will, which are valid and which are not valid forms of the will, interpretation and invalidity of the will.
