Abstract
Mnoge tvrtke i organizacije u potrazi su za talentima koji posjeduju digitalne vještine i kompetencije, a neke od njih i u okviru erasmus+ stručne prakse. Participiranjem u radu studentskog portalu (tehnički izveden u okviru mog završnog rada), studenti početnih godina mogu stjecati upravo takve vještine: osmisliti prvu kampanju digitalnog marketinga i koristiti relevantne alate, ureĎivati web stranicu, kreirati sadržaje raznih formata, prakticirati oglašavanje na društvenim mrežama, digitalno prikupljati i analizirati statističke podatke. Ovaj rad pridodaje važnost i objašnjava digitalnu ekonomiju, digitalne vještine i kompetencije. TakoĎer pruža osnovna teorijska znanja o spomenutim vještinama, te alatima poput Google AdWords i Google Analytics. Prikazana je organizacija i funkcioniranje portala koji podrazumijeva angažiranje studenata, a s ciljem motiviranja za uključenje u erasmus+ programe.
Abstract (english)
Many companies and organizations are in search for talents who possess digital skills and competences, some of which through the Erasmus+ internship. By participating on student portal (technically developed as a part of this work) during the initial years of study, students can obtain those skills: design their first digital marketing campaign and use relevant tools, edit websites, create content in different formats, practice digital advertising on social media, digitally collect and analyse statistics. This work emphasises digital economy, digital skills and competences. It also offers basic theoretical knowledge about mentioned skills, and tools like Google AdWords and Google Analytics. It explains how student portal should be organized and run, while engaging and motivating students for Erasmus+ programs.
